How long does a typical suspension installation take?

A complete suspension system installation typically takes 4 to 6 hours. More complex setups with custom lift kits, replacement bushes, or additional fabrication may require a full day. We will give you a realistic timeframe when we quote.

Do you offer warranties on your installations?

Yes. All our installations come with a workmanship warranty. Most products we supply also carry the manufacturer warranty. We will tell you exactly what is covered before we start the job.

Can I bring my own parts for installation?

We prefer to supply the parts ourselves so we can verify quality, fit, and warranty coverage. If you already have parts, we can discuss it on a case-by-case basis. Customer-supplied parts are not covered by our workmanship warranty if the part itself fails.

Do I need to book an appointment?

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, bank transfers (EFT), and major credit and debit cards. For larger custom builds, we agree a staged payment schedule in writing before work begins.

Do you work on all vehicle types?

We specialise in 4x4 and double-cab vehicles including Toyota Hilux and Land Cruiser, Ford Ranger, Nissan Navara and Patrol, Isuzu D-Max, Land Rover Defender, Jeep, and VW Amarok. If you are not sure, just ask.
